Where do you ship?
We can ship within the 48 contiguous states but availability in your state is determined by the nursery it is being shipped from. USDA restrictions may prohibit some of our products from being delivered to your state.
Does Yarden ship to Canada or Internationally?
We do not ship to Canada or other countries at this time. However, we ship anywhere in the continental United States, barring any state specific restrictions for plant and tree materials.
When will my order arrive?
We take great pride and diligent care in procuring, growing, packaging, and shipping your Yarden Products. Our primary goal is to deliver your plants safely from our greenhouse to your residence or business. On average, we ship within 3-10 business days after your order is placed depending on where you live in the United States. We do our very best to ensure health and safety.
Can I get my order on a specific date?
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Will my plants and trees look like the image on your website?
All plants and trees are different in size and shape and no two trees or plants look alike. The trees that we display on our website are examples of what they will look like after they have been cared for. These trees have been pruned to the desired shape for each customer’s preference. The trees on our website are also at different ages of growth so therefore some may have fruit but that also could be a tree that is 4 years old.
Will my plant or tree come potted?
Yes, they will be shipped in a standard growers pot unless otherwise noted on the product description
What do I do if my tree arrived damaged?
Damaged leaves or small branch breakage can be a normal part of the shipping process and does not affect the health of the plant. Just trim off any damaged leaves or stems and the tree will grow new leaves. If you receive a tree that has been damaged by the shipping carrier, or arrives in poor condition, please save the packaging and contact us immediately at CustomerCare@yarden.com. You must contact us within three days of the arrival of the damaged tree. We require photos of the entire tree and the container along with a photo of the box the tree was shipped in. Once we receive photos of the tree and box we will be happy to resolve your issue.
What do I do if my plant arrived damaged?
Shipping can add a lot of strain on our green friends. If your plant arrives with yellow/brown leaves, dry soil, bent leaves, droopy leaves, or holes in leaves, it is not uncommon! Plants will need some time to adjust to their new homes.
For yellow/browning leaves – Please cut these close to the base. This will ensure the plant sends no more energy to these leaves as they are at the end of their life (just those leaves, not the plant)
For droopy leaves – Please water your plant immediately! Your plant is just thirsty.
Bent leaves – Will come back to their natural shape after some time.
We require photos of the entire plant and the container along with a photo of the box the tree was shipped in. Once we receive photos of the tree and box we will be happy to resolve your issue.
I am a retailer, Can I purchase Yarden products?

Our plants are guaranteed for four weeks from the delivery date.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
No, once a product has shipped we are unable to exchange or accept returns due to USDA regulations.
