Aside from the grave error of not including planting directions with the orange tree, the follow up by Mark at Customer Support was outstanding for me a novice at growing citrus. Mark stayed in touch for several emails solving my issues of the right potting soil, watering, fertilizing but where in Florida do they get 10-12 hours of direct sunlight cause it ain’t that way in New England.

Thank you for your purchase. After the tree has been re-potted or planted, it needs time to adjust to its new soil and establish the roots. We normally recommend waiting at least three weeks before fertilizing the tree after you have planted in the ground or a pot. You can also find tips on our website. Good luck!

The kit I ordered with my lemon tree did not come with my tree. I called and talked with someone and told her my concern. She gave me a number to call, which I did and had to leave a message.
I heard back in less than an hour.
I was told when it would be delivered.
