Aside from the grave error of not including planting directions with the orange tree, the follow up by Mark at Customer Support was outstanding for me a novice at growing citrus. Mark stayed in touch for several emails solving my issues of the right potting soil, watering, fertilizing but where in Florida do they get 10-12 hours of direct sunlight cause it ain’t that way in New England.

Great kit- easy enough to use, though the packaging I received is different from the image. Because of this, the labeling is not as easy to read and could be problematic if you weren’t paying attention.

Product was opened and spilt in the box. Item did not fully fit in the box and was bound shut with ties. I don’t believe product was lost – however, it was all in the bottom of the box instead of in the sealed baggies.
